Role Description :-
This is a full-time on-site Graphic Designer role located in Varanasi. We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our political campaign team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for politics, a strong creative flair, and the ability to visually communicate our message effectively to the public.
Responsibilities :-
- Design visually compelling graphics for digital and print campaign materials, including social media graphics, infographics, flyers, posters, banners, etc.
- Work closely with the campaign manager and content team to conceptualize and execute designs that align with the candidate's vision and campaign objectives.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across various platforms.
- Create engaging and persuasive visuals to support the candidate's messaging and campaign initiatives.
- Stay updated on political trends, current events, and community concerns to incorporate into design strategies.
Requirements :-
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within a political or advocacy context.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and a strong portfolio showcasing political campaign-related designs.
- Understanding of political branding, messaging, and the ability to translate these into visually compelling designs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A keen interest in current affairs, politics, and a commitment to the campaign's values and goals.
Preferred Qualification:-
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Previous experience working on political campaigns or within the political sphere.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.
