Job description

Experience : 5 - 8 years Job Location : Mumbai (Powai).

Job Description :

• Has a strong understanding of the organization’s C&B strategy; manages team to maintain and execute C&B programs, processes, and frameworks to align with these objectives

• Acts as a liaison to the organization’s stakeholders and facilitates processes and initiatives across the organization/functions Primary Accountabilities

• Understanding market trends in C&B in the industry.

• Does and supervises Design, development and deployment process of frameworks and initiatives in their respective areas, roles and geographical remit.

• Review and improve C&B Processes and systems

• Leads team in analysis, designing, development, deployment, implementation

• Manages zero defect execution

• Design and execute Communications and change management along with stakeholders in HR and business leaders

• Vendor Management of C&B functions

• Managing Supplier and Advisory Consulting firms

• Ensure Compliance requirement while designing and implementation

• Contract and agreement management with Vendors

• Supervise and control Vendor Payment processes

• Stakeholder Management Secondary Accountabilities

• Manages team in developing programs and setting up of governance systems

• Manages team in salary audits

• Leads team to provide support in special projects

• Understanding and compiling C&B reports KPIs

• Market competitiveness and Industry alignment for Effective program development

• Planning and Implementation of compensation programs/benefits program

• Special C&B projects and programs

• Design & Implementation of C&B programs and initiatives at Global, Regional and country level as per need

• Co-creation of Program and design collaboration with partners in HR or Business

• New Initiatives in Policy, Process and systems

• Internal Process and Systems enhancement and design leading to automation and integration of processes and systems • Supervision of C&B Operations or BAU/Periodic work

• MIS & Analytics of C&B function as per role remit

• Vendor Management

• Organization Compliance management w.r.t. C&B role portfolio – for Regional, Country & global level

• Escalation Management and Customer Excellence
