- Source new vendors and materials after conducting thorough market research
- Float inquires to suppliers and evaluate quotations received
- Understand the techno commercial implications and suggest better alternatives
- Preparing RFP for Consultants
- Prepare and review Work Orders, Purchase Orders with order specifications and commercial details
- Reviewing tender documents, floating tenders, evaluating submitted tenders on different contractual terms, prepare summary of bidders for decision making.
- Update Procurement Work Progress Tracker on continuous basis with record of requisition raised, quotes received and Work orders/purchase orders issued
- Supervise the work of the team and give them proper instructions for smooth functioning of the department.
- Any other activities that may be delegated from time to time as per the Functional, Business and Organizational need.
Skill Sets
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Expert in documentation work with proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs, MS Office
- Familiar with ERP Softwares
- Knowledge of Construction and related Materials
- Eager to use latest tools and technologies
- Experience in Team Management
- Effective Time management
Skills Required : Vendor development, procurement, purchase, material management
Education/Qualification : BE, BTech, BSc, BCom, BMS
Experience : 4 to 20 Years
