Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Malda. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, creating menus, overseeing food preparation, and building a team. The Executive Chef should have a passion for creativity, exceptional food, and making guests happy. The Executive Chef will work hand-in-hand with senior management to deliver restaurant excellence.

- Culinary experience and education
- Experience in managing operations and leading teams
- Passion for creativity and exceptional food
- Ability to create menus and oversee food preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A flexible, ambitious, and enthusiastic attitude toward restaurant excellence
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- A degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
