Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Gymnastics Instructor to join our team at Nexus Jobs. As a Gymnastics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching gymnastics techniques and routines to students. This is a full-time position in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in gymnastics instruction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in gymnastics instruction.
- Passion for gymnastics and a strong knowledge of different gymnastics techniques and routines.
- Certification in gymnastics instruction is strongly preferred.
- Experience in working with children and young adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt and modify instructional approaches based on individual student needs.
- Knowledge of first aid and safety procedures.
- Ability to work well in a team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Teach gymnastics techniques and routines to students of varying skill levels and age groups.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials to facilitate effective learning.
- Demonstrate and instruct proper techniques, positions, and movements.
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
- Motivate and encourage students to achieve their goals and improve their skills.
- Provide feedback and evaluate students' progress.
- Organize and supervise gymnastics competitions, performances, and demonstrations.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the gymnastics equipment and facility.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in gymnastics instruction.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the gymnastics program.
