Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Manager Digital Marketing to join our team at Jos Alukkas Group. As the Assistant Manager Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and increase brand awareness. This is a full-time role based at our headquarters in Thrissur. The salary range for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with experience. Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Roles And Responsibilities - Campaign Budgeting, Planning, Execution, Monitoring: Develop and manage digital
marketing campaigns, including setting budgets and timelines. Plan and execute online
marketing activities to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI. Analyse data and provide insights to enhance future campaign effectiveness.
- Manage Jos Alukkas' social media presence and create engaging content for platforms like
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Monitor social media trends, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online
communities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create visually appealing and compelling social media
content.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic, conversions, and online
sales.
- Conduct keyword research, create ad copies, and optimize campaigns for maximum
performance.
- Monitor and analyse ad performance, make data-driven adjustments, and generate reports.
- Optimize and manage Jos Alukkas' Google Business profile to improve online visibility and
local search rankings. Regularly update business information, respond to customer reviews,
and maintain a positive online reputation.
- SEO: Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to improve organic search
rankings. Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to enhance
visibility. Stay updated with search engine algorithms and industry trends to implement best
practices.
- Utilize WhatsApp Business for effective customer communication, lead generation, and
sales. Develop strategies to engage customers, send targeted messages, and handle
customer queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the web development team to enhance the user experience and
functionality of the online shop or website.
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and other elements to improve conversion rates.
- Liaise with external agencies or vendors for digital marketing activities, such as content
creation, paid advertising, or SEO.
- Manage relationships, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain quality standards.
- Create and manage a blog section on the website, focusing on industry-related topics,
trends, and informative content. Optimize blog content for search engines and promote it
through social media and other channels.
- Create and maintain XML feeds for product listings to ensure accurate and up-to-date
information on various platforms, such as Google Shopping.
- Generate regular reports on digital marketing activities, campaign performance, website
analytics, and KPIs.
- Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
