Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Mumbai. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within scope and within budget. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for quality control and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of building construction processes, procedures, and methods
- Experience in civil engineering and construction
- Experience in supervision and project management
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and teamwork abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
Additional certifications may be required depending on the project specifications and requirements.
