Human Resources Intern

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at reBLISS Academy in Noida. The HR Intern will be responsible for HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management.

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
• Experience in HR Management and creating HR policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
  

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with talent acquisition, orientation and training, onboarding, and conducting performance reviews.
