Role/Job Title: POD Lead
Function/ Department: Retail Assets
Job Purpose:
The role entails the responsibility of operational planning and service operations.to Personal loan. It includesdesigning and implementation of an end-to-end management process along withadministering and analysing the portfolio health to safeguard the interest of the Bank.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage CPA (Credit Processing Agents) and ensure their TAT (Turn Around Time) and FTR (First Time Right) targets are met, and high quality is maintained.
- Ensure high productivity of the reporting team members.
- Suggest initiatives for efficiency improvement for POD members.
- Closely observe critical and non-critical errors in day-to-day operations across the pod and escalate to senior stakeholders, if required.
- Daily interface with vendors for effective resource planning.
- Efficient coordination with multiple stakeholders for resolving any issues for the pod members.
- Interface with Ops trainers to guide the team on policy and process changes.
- Effective mentoring of CPA agents and train them to progress in their career path.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Any Graduation
Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation
Experience: 5 to 10 years relevant experience in operations.
