Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Digital Marketing to join our team at Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales. As the Manager - Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and the successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team management and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or MBA in Sales & Marketing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and online sales
• Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
• Analyze data and insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor competition and industry trends to stay ahead in the market
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives
• Manage digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
