Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
• Knowledge of dental industry and restorative systems is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
