HR Shared Services Shift Timings: 05:00 PM - 02:00 AM IST. Willingness to work from office and stretch when business requires. Role Brief: This is a Process Specialist Role primarily to support our US HR teams to onboard the new hires at various locations across the country. Job Description: The roles and responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: 1) Understanding the hiring requirements and working closely with the Location managers and Talent acquisition teams to onboard the new hires. 2) Gathering and processing the necessary paperwork to implement the new hire information into HRIS 3) Communicate with the new hires to educate them with all the necessary information that would help them have seamless first day/ first week at work location 4) Distributing login credentials, manuals, guidelines as required 5) Ensure appropriate technical assistance to the new hires in order them to set up their hardware 6) Assigning and assisting the New Hires on the mandatory trainings and policies that they may 7) Addressing any additional queries that the New Hires may have till they are handed over to the 8) Monitoring the onboarding systems to ensure that hiring managers are completing necessary and software need to complete upon onboarding Business Managers tasks in a timely manner 9) Ensuring all the above tasks are performed within stipulated timelines keep the new hire well informed about what he/ she can expect once they report to work and create an exceptional onboarding experience 10) Become an expert of the ins and outs of how our gateway works - dont worry, well train you on this part! 4 years work experience as an HR role or in a relevant role primarily supporting US customers

Calls & Email Support 2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, without MTI 3) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information 4) Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred, however, not essential 5) Self-managed with little supervision 6) Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented 7) Any graduate
