The Burns & McDonnell India office is seeking to hire a in the Corporate Quality Department to support the development and execution of quality initiatives which support all the Global Practices and Locations.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate for the effective development and implementation of policies, procedures, work instructions, and guidelines that can be utilized for all BMcD / BMI GPs and Locations.
Support GPs and Locations in their development of specific programs which are customized for their services.
Coordinate with all GP for QMS related matters.
Assist in proper implementation of GP and LOC quality programs.
Support projects and proposals to summarize the BMI corporate quality program.
Support for the Knowledge Capture Program which can be utilized across BMcD US & BMI
Helps in defining Quality objectives and metrics (KPI), ensures reporting is in place, analyses performance, proposes corrective or improvement actions and report.
Conduct ISO 9001:2015, and project performance-based audits.
Coordinate, monitor, and implement training programs related to quality
Support towards continual improvement strategies and participate in continual improvement projects
Implement Corporate Quality Events and Communication
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in any engineering stream from an accredited curriculum.
Minimum 7 years related QA experience and overall, 12 to 13 years' experience in EPC organization.
ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor training preferred.
Good knowledge of Quality tools / problem-solving techniques.
Excellent planning and analytical skills.
Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills strong interpersonal skills.
