Job Description: Associate Director - Risk Management Goals: - Achieve Sustainable Growth for managed clients in collaboration with Analytical Services Leadership and other Moody's RMS colleagues

Key Responsibilities: - Excellence:
- Deliver excellent service to clients making best use of team's risk analytical competencies
- Deepen existing customer relationships and develop new ones
- Establish and nurture key relationships in the client organization
- Expertise:
- Provide Innovative and Bespoke Solutioning to solve complex technical problems and business transformation for cat risk
- Create a content focused organization. Hire, develop and lead employee base to support the current business and future ambition.
- Be prepared to execute as well as lead strategic projects from the front – as an Individual Contributor or Team Lead capacity
- Demonstrate expertise on New Models, Products and Emerging Risks
- Partnership:
- Build market, risk and model expertise in the team to be an equal partner for clients on risk analytics and model topics
- Work in a multi-cultural environment collaborating and partnering with colleagues from functions such as Product Development, Client Success, Sales & Marketing, Consulting and Pre-Sales across RMS to design customized solutions for clients or segments based on country-specific regulations and demand
- Growth:
- Develop in-depth Market and Content understanding so that customized solutions can be offered to clients
- Explore newer service offerings that can be offered to customers based on geography-specific demand
- Lead the development of client service propositions and service delivery strategy for new opportunities
- Proactive and Speedy Pricing Support to Sales Reps with collaboration in Solutioning and Proposal/RFP designing
- Leadership:
- Actively participate in shaping the future of Analytical Services
- Guide and develop the team technically and operationally to deliver on complex and time-critical projects
- Keep the team motivated and challenged to drive innovation and process efficiency
Eligibility and Experience required: Successful candidate must possess a blend of business and technical know-how and be highly client and solution focused.
Requirements for this position are as follows:
- Minimum experience of 9 years in P&C industry
- Possess in-depth knowledge of P&C Reinsurance and Insurance Industries and Markets
- Knowledge of Emerging risks such as Cyber, Climate Change, ESG etc. will be added advantage
- Hands-on experience of solutioning such as Proposal development, RFI/RFP responses etc. will be added advantage
- Be an excellent team player with high degree of self-motivation while being able to work independently and lead initiatives
- Multi-tasking skills with ability to deftly manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Flexibility to work as per role requirements
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to understand client requirements
- Effective English written and verbal communication skills
