The position

A s a Post Merger Integration Finance Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

You will hold a critical position within the business and function as a trusted and solution-oriented partner to the Finance GBS leadership team and other key stakeholders. You will collaborate with the global finance organization to enhance and ensure effective management of post-merger integration of the company’s shared services functions, processes systems, transition of business services to GBS model.

The Post Merger Integration Finance Manager will be an individual contributor role working closely with the HQ team. You will be responsible for managing the integration of finance activities for companies that have been acquired. Candidate will work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integration plans that align with the overall strategy and goals of the organization. The candidate should have excellent project management skills, operations, skillset, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
