Job Location : Asangaon/Murbad (Thane)
Key Responsibilities: Review technical drawings,, and schematics to determine the requirements for metal fabrication projects. Understand and get the process of CNC Cutting , bending & welding steel metal components using a range of fabrication equipment such as. Good working knowledge of Welding using various welding techniques and methods including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding. Assemble and construct metal products, ensuring that the final product is accurate, functional, and meets the required specifications. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Regularly maintain and clean all metal fabrication tools, equipment, and machinery used in the workshop. Collaborate with team members, including designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met. Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends and advancements in metal fabrication techniques. Fabrication Engineer requirements : Proven experience as a Fabricator or a similar role in a manufacturing/fabrication environment Strong technical knowledge of metal fabrication techniques, tools, and machinery Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a variety of physical positions Expertise in welding techniques and procedures including MIG, TIG, and ARC High attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the fabrication process Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in the industry High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in metal fabrication or a related field is a plus This Fabricator role requires an individual who is committed to quality and has strong attention to detail.
