Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Analyst based in Mumbai. The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for conducting audits and reviews, monitoring compliance regulations, reviewing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Regulatory Compliance and Analytical Skills.
• Effective Communication Skills.
• Finance Background, preferably with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Auditing Skills with experience in compliance auditing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• An eye for detail, with an ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Background in the BPO or Financial Industry.

Beneficial Additional Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of data analysis and computer systems.
• Recognized Industry Risk or Compliance certifications.
• Familiarity with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
