Our client is a premier sports digital publication, at the forefront of delivering engaging sports content, news, and analyses to a global audience.

As part of the growth strategy, we're on the lookout for a seasoned Digital Ad Sales Professional with a strong agency background to elevate our advertising partnerships and revenue.

Role Overview: As a Digital Ad Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving our advertising revenue by securing new clients and managing relationships with existing ones. You will work closely with advertisers to understand their needs and propose customized advertising solutions that leverage our digital platforms' reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities with advertisers and agencies, focusing on digital advertising solutions that meet their goals and budgets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Understand the competitive landscape and market trends, using insights to effectively position our advertising offerings. Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to create compelling advertising packages and sponsorships that enhance both the client's and our audience's experience. Monitor ad campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and optimization recommendations to maximize ROI. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Qualifications: Proven track record in digital ad sales, with at least 3 years of experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical clients. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sports and digital media. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
