The Job :
You will be responsible for : - Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues. - Building and maintaining a network of clients. - Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities. - Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships. - Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements. - Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale. - Maintaining and updating the lead generation database. - Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business. Ideal Candidate : - You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative or Sales/Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Real Estate industry. - You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments - You are a strong networker & relationship builder - You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders - Must Be Graduate/Post Graduate. - Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Proficient in using Social Media and other Digital Marketing Skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills. - Willingness to travel as needed. - A positive and energetic attitude.Job tags
