Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as Sales Coordinator based in Mumbai. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales efforts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting overall sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, preparing proposals, tracking and analyzing sales performance, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, and Sales Operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi
• Aptitude for building relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software tools is a plus
• Immidiate Joiner
