Job description

Role : Inbound Voice Process Associate

- Candidate based in Kolkata can only apply

Job Responsibilities :

1. Provides information of product and services to the customers

2. Handling Inbound Voice process

3. Understand Customer needs

4. Solve Customers queries over the call.

Who can apply :

1. Flawless English Communication

2. 12th pass and Diploma Candidate can apply

3. Available to work in night Shift

4. Ready to work from Office full time.

5. Both experienced and freshers can apply

6. Should have managed International (United States) Voice Calling Process(Inbound Calling)

7. Candidate should be ready for immediate joining on selection

- Monthly Salary Upto 13500 to 17500 (depending on experience & last CTC)

If selected additional incentives will be given :

- PF & ESI available

- Attendance allowance of 1k per month provided

- Cab drop facility provided

- 10th month Bonus - 2 months salary

- Lucrative bonus of upto 15k annually available
