At High Radius, we pride ourselves in our people and products. We are looking for Automation Architects for our SaaS products based out of our Hyderabad office. Looking for a technical leader who would build and manage QA teams who improve quality across the product range at Highradius. Position Summary Automation Architect owns quality improvement to create world-class automation for regression and feature testing, develop and drive a high-level test strategy, as well as take a hands-on approach to implement the strategy Responsibilities Responsible for designing automation frameworks using Selenium Java and lead the implementation of test strategy, test plans & test execution of the product Prepare the Automation Architecture and ensure the solution is robust with optimal performance. Maintain a strong understanding of trends in the automation industry and have knowledge of best practices (with view to their ‘best-fit’ in the project), including emerging ones in areas such as; cloud, cognitive and AI/IoT Develop the required testing automation dashboards to monitor application KPIs, utilizing relevant technology for effective quality assurance monitoring Lead designing, prototyping and provide implementation support for automating QA process and testing Identify and improve the automation architecture to reduce the testing cycle time enabling the CI\CD models Mentor test automation engineers to implement and scale automation Conceptualize, Consolidate and Modernize test framework for various platforms, Functional Automation, Performance Testing and Security and Penetration Testing Analyze test workflows, study results, give feedback and make recommendations for all quality related plans Work closely with Software Architects to formalize, implement automated test environment for all new platforms and solutions Skills Experience Range: 8 to 15 Years Role: Automation Architect – final role will depend on candidate’s experience and credentials Education: BE/B.
