Hims Hers is looking for a Public Relations/Communications Manager that can make a significant impact on our business
A successful candidate views communications as a business driver and has a proven track record leveraging communications strategies to achieve business goals, specifically in increasing SEO E-A-T signals, like topical authority
The role requires the ability to work in a team environment and build effective relationships externally with media and internally with cross-functional teams

You Will:
Understand business goals and translate them into an effective Comms strategy, developing new tactics, owning programs, and reporting back on the impact
Become a domain expert, understanding the telehealth space to informatively work with Hims Hers content writers, spokespeople and external media to provide a competitive advantage in a crowded space
Develop and support all PR programs for the cross-functional SEO cluster strategy to increase E-A-T signals for the Hims Hers business
Develop and foster relationships both internally with business partners and externally with media and industry experts
Champion new media programs and ideas to establish a culture of innovation through brainstorming and experimentation for the team
You Have:
Bachelor s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing or a related field
5+ years experience in PR or communications (agency experience is preferred, specifically in telehealth)
Maintain awareness of current news and events, changes in national and local media and overall health trends
Strong leadership skills and ability to work with the team and cross-functionally, promoting new ideas that have business impact
Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external partners
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Strong news and strategy judgment and ability to execute quickly
Self-motivated, fast learner, and strategic thinker; able to achieve high impact in a fast-paced or ambiguous environment
