Job description
1. HR Operations - HR processes adherence: Timely completion of employee related processes (joining formalities, confirmation, relieving letter etc.)
3. Employee engagement activities
4. MIS - Maintenance of MIS for respective zones being handled with complete accuracy of the manpower data (recruitment MIS, induction MIS, appointment letters issued etc.). All type of Data / MIS validation.
5. TAT adherence in all HR activities.
6. Branch visits compliance adherence (registers, musters, guidelines, process policies etc.)
