Job description

  Key Purpose of the Job:

· As a Media Planner , you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective media strategies to drive client success and achieve business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital channels, strong analytical skills, and the ability to optimize media campaigns for maximum performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse data, and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure campaigns are well-targeted, efficient, and deliver measurable results.

• Full-Scale Execution & Leadership : Frustrated by siloed responsibilities As our Performance Media Manager, you'll lead the entire execution process. From navigating complex DSPs like DV360 to ensuring flawless campaign rollouts, your expertise will be the driving force.

•  In-depth Analytical Influence : Limited by superficial reporting Dive deeper with us. You'll analyze campaign metrics to suggest logical adjustments, guiding your team through intricate data landscapes to drive meaningful change.

•  Collaborative Growth: Feeling isolated or underutilized Our environment values your eagerness to learn and contribute beyond your role. Collaborate across teams, share your strategic insights, and help foster strong client relations.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

· 3+ Years Experience

· Proven experience in media planning, ad operations, and media buying, with a strong focus on the TTD platform.

· Proficiency in managing campaigns across various digital channels, including display, video, mobile, and connected TV.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

· Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

· Experience with ad verification tools, ad servers, and third-party ad tags is a plus.

· Relevant certifications in media planning, ad operations, or programmatic advertising (e.g., TTD certification) is a plus.
