Job description

Technical specification:

 Strong working experience in Office 365 Suite, Microsoft 365 Security and Microsoft Intune

 Asset Inventory management & software license management.

 Assisting in the development, implementation and review of IT operational processes & procedures and Information Security policy for the organization.

 Ability to design File and Machine level security to secure data against theft or deletion Using DLP . Design Machine and File Level Securities

 Working experience on Security architecture design, Endpoint security, Cybersecurity, and cloud security.

 Should have working experience in managing audits as per ISO 27001- & 27701 .

 Designing and implementing a flawless network infrastructure - Network management including Wi-Fi, Mobile device management and networking devices

 Implementing, Managing and Monitoring trouble shoot server monitoring systems, Windows, and Linux Server Administration.

 Expertise on Azure Active Directory, PowerShell , and Crisis Management.

 Design and Implementation of Mail / Web / FTP Server

Responsibilities:

 Supervising all the in-house hardware and software installations, their maintenance in Intune management.

 Should be able to conduct frequent audits to ensure infrastructure is secure and robust.

 Supervising in purchase and assisting in budget preparation of hardware/software equipment/requirements, Liaising with the suppliers and signing the annual maintenance contracts.  Documenting the design, development, delivery phase and troubleshooting guide and publish it frequently to the organization.

 Data Management, Storage & retrieval Designing and later supervising authorization and access to data (based on permitted and sanctioned access levels (employee grades and levels) and Ensuring confidentiality and safety of data.

 Managing Primary and secondary Backup systems

 Responsible for IT related support and management (From Employee onboarding to Exit process).

 Ability to handle IT operation/Infrastructure support activities globally (INDIA, UK & USA).

 Conducting research on latest technologies related to the field and provide help in the development of a technology roadmap in line with the business strategy and market trends.
