Job description

We're looking to hire an SAP EC SF Consultant specialized in TM (Transport Management) on a contract basis for 3 monthsRole : SAP Success factor ConsultantJob location : BangaloreWork mode : RemoteJob type : ContractProject Duration : 3 monthsJob Description : - Must have experience in SuccessFactors EC as an Implementation Consultant - As a member of an international team in HR IT you are responsible for the global IT operations of SuccessFactors EC and other modules. - You lead and steer the continuous improvement and service management in a professional manner - Act as a Lead consultant for managing the technical work of implementation of the EC module in a professional manner and with high quality - Strengthen our support model for the two modules with execution, service delivery - Create technical concepts for new functional requirements and develop support and system operations documentation. - You also ensure cross-collaboration with our functional HR People Technology Team as well as within our organization - Document technical configurations and settings based on implementation workbooks - Ensure good collaboration and ongoing knowledge transfer to our external service support organization to deliver on time and within approved budget - Explicitly participate as work package lead in strategic transformation projects to development and optimize our HR Cloud platform Desired Candidate Profile and Qualifications :- Academic degree in computer science, business management or related field with focus on IT - Min 3 - 6 years technical experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC and other modules including implementation and configuration knowledge - Certification in SF EC and any other modules preferred - Experience in managing external implementation partners and service providers for operating a global IT cloud solution- Good understanding of HR business functions/processes, esp. around talent management and HR processes in general - Very good communication skills and high commitment to work and ability for teamwork Structured, analytic, solution-oriented and self-dependent way of working and willingness to learn and develop (ref:hirist.tech)
