Job Title: Export Dispatch Manager Job Summary - We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Export Dispatch Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the export dispatch operations, ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods from our facilities to various international destinations.
- The Export Dispatch Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating logistics, managing documentation, and optimizing transportation processes to meet customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
- Candidate have Good Knowledge of PO Reading And Can Convert the Big paper Rolls in to the Small Rolls as Per PO Specification.
- Candidate Can Manage Dispatch Plan According to Customer & Merchandiser.
- Candidate Can Calculate the the CBM of Containers & Box Sizes.
- Can Manage the Party inspection of finish Goods
- Manage the logistics Vehicle Planning According to Material
- Candidate Can Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Team for Easy to Dispatch.
- Candidate Can manage Plant Man power.
- Have Good Knowledge of Cost Saving.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all export shipments, including shipping labels, customs documentation, and export declarations.
- Stay informed about international shipping regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all documentation meets legal standards.
- Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure compliance with international customs regulations.
