About the Company: Elchemy is a tech-enabled chemicals distribution company solving supply chain challenges by taking a software-first approach. It was founded in the latter half of 2021 in the backdrop of global supply chain shocks induced due to the pandemic making the opportunity ripe for disruption. The team is comprised of alumni from IIT-B, IIT-D, IIM-A, & IIM-R, & have previously worked at reputed Chemical companies. Within just 2 months of launch, the company secured $2M in pre-seed funding from marquee VCs and angel investors, including promoters of some of the publicly listed chemical companies.

Roles and Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Manage the shipment of samples, including coordinating with couriers and ensuring timely delivery. Assist in paperwork related to exports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Coordinate with banks and CHAs for export documentation and transactions. Liaise with vendors to ensure timely procurement of office supplies and services. Oversee the travel desk, including booking accommodations and transportation for employees. Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems accurately. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls promptly. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using MS Office applications. Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and other events as required. Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives. Perform general clerical and administrative duties that come up in everyday functioning of the office.

Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role for 2-4 years. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Should love hard core execution - rolling up sleeves & getting hands dirty
