Summary: As a Workplace Management & Solutions Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing expertise and general administrative space and service support for Accenture people and businesses globally. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager to manage and maintain workplace services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and deployment of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager solutions for workplace service management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality workplace services, including service desk support, asset management, and device management.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for workplace service management processes and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in workplace service management technologies and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Strong understanding of workplace service management processes and procedures.
- Experience with service desk support, asset management, and device management.
- Solid grasp of troubleshooting and issue resolution for workplace service management technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful workplace service management solutions.
