Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team members, delegating tasks, and ensuring project completion within the given deadlines. The Team Lead will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is done in accordance with company policies and procedures. This role is located in Noida.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to mentor and train team members, providing constructive feedback
- Sound knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and conflicts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
- Experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus
