L2 HoD Location Sakra World Hospital, Deverabeesanahalli, Bangalore Essential Qualification Technical Graduation / Three Years Diploma Additional Qualification Sound Knowledge on S/W languages Experience 5-7 Year experience JOB REQUIREMENT (SKILLS): Site development (Intranet Sites) Good Communication & understanding skill as trainer Maintenance and troubleshooting skills on software Good in documentation and process flow Quality and Patient Safety Campion of Assigned Department JOB PURPOSE: Responsible to incorporate new requirement, automation, digitalization, Quality control & patient Safety. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Need to develop intranet site to consolidate all the important information on single console Finalizes entire user requirements for the implementation of software applications. Supervise the user testing for the changes made to the system and report variations if any Obtains sign off of the functional users on the configuration made to the system Resolves functional query of users Performs feasibility assessment of change requirement Performs relevant application setups Performs changes as required by the user group Performs user management including creation and deletion of user Modification of user access rights on the system based on the approval of the designated functional champions Manage entire user authentication Conducts training of the staff on allocated Modules and supervise the training. Manages application roadmaps and release Schedules Understands processes and standards (Software development, Change management, configuration management etc. Configuration process oversight to include obtain sponsor buy-in throughout the configuration process Accountable for incident and problem management Provides leadership in reducing defects and functional redundancies, and maximizing team productivity / efficiency to drive down TCO at the application level3 Coordinate and participate in quality and patient safety movement across hospital through accreditation, Core quality meeting, Patient and Facility Safety Committee meeting , quality circles, committee etc. based on yearly quality program Regularly capture quality indicators of functional area & work towards improvement. To work on continuous quality improvement projects like 5s. Report to the patient safety committee regarding any action taken to promote To attend training session conducted on Quality and Patient Safety and to further extend the same knowledge to their concerned department Any other duties given by the Head IT
