Educational qualification MBA Desired years of experience 7 to 10 years Competencies Excellent communicator with good listening, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills Excellent MS Tools Documentation skills High Level of Commitment to the Job and should be Self-Driven and needs to take up initiatives that are of utmost value to the team Ability to independently conduct research and advice Sales / Delivery teams Possess Business Analysis skills and must have sound knowledge of Software Engineering Processes Possess Good Commercial Acumen and work with the Business Finance Manager to arrive at various Commercial models Ability to comprehend business requirements and validate the solutions being offered Maintain and manage relationships with Region Sales, Service Delivery, Legal, Finance and other internal stakeholders Worked with customers across multiple geographies (APAC, EMEA , Americas) Job Description/ Responsibilities • Software Bid Management for the Practice – Proposal Preparation, Co-ordination with support departments, Prepare/ conduct Proposal Presentations, work with Business Finance to finalise bid commercials, work with Legal on SOW / Contract documentation and ensure compliance to the defined processes. Tracking of all bids submitted by the practice. • Pipeline Management – Working with the Sales team and Practice Head to drive the pipeline for the practice • Sales Support – Support sales regions in identifying prospects/ offerings, Lead nurturing, Market Research, Preparing write-ups/ presentations for client meetings, Facilitate/ Participate in pre-sales meetings/workshops • Collateral Preparation – Preparation of Practice related pitch decks, sales collaterals, Case Studies, Competence Documents etc
