Job Profile Summary The Trust & Safety Specialist II is a part of the Trust &Safety Team and the broader Community Experience team, and their primary role is executing the Trust & Safety procedures, initiatives, and special projects, as needed by their team. As a more experienced team member, they are also expected to be a source of truth for the above. All work must be based on upholding the Welocalize Four Pillars of Customer Service, Quality, Innovation and Global Teamwork.
Job Description MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Be an expert in executing the functional area
- Execute daily T&S checks through dedicated T&S tools.
- Monitor T&S trends and fine-tune rules and scores in dedicated T&S tools.
- Offer T&S and compliance-related support to our global supplier base, mostly through the use of our ticketing and knowledge management system, Zendesk.
- Optimize T&S day-to-day procedures/projects
- Engages with relevant stakeholders in other functions to support trust & safety checks.
- Deliver weekly reports on the progress of the ongoing projects.
Requirements Education: - Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a college or university in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in one of the functional areas related to trust and safety (i.e. Trust & Safety, Compliance, Fraud analysis, and product risk specialists).
- Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, ability to adapt to business needs.
Skills & Knowledge - Attention to detail, and self-driven.
