The Role We are actively seeking a dynamic Marketing Strategist with a strong focus on B2B marketing to join our Client Marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in executing marketing funnel strategies tailored specifically for B2B environments. Passionate about marketing, you should be familiar with B2B buying cycles, customer journeys and personas. Having solid knowledge of short and long-form content types and multi-channels, especially digital and social media is a must. And if you have IT/technology marketing and/or ABM (Account Based Marketing) experience it would be the icing on the cake!

What You’ll Do: Provide actionable overall customer & campaign insights to improve marketing tactics and address key strategic questions: Receiving a brief from the client: Ask questions and challenge the assumptions before starting to look for data. Formulate hypothesis and structure the ‘investigation’ based on early understanding. Gather data and information about customers/business/category/trends/product using existing agency tools, desktop research and own methods of finding data: Design surveys. Assist in discovery workshops with clients to understand stakeholder needs. Competitive Analysis Content Audit Organise the data and information to yield actionable insights and provide point of view on emerging themes and recommendations: Design and structure researches and gather data to identify powerful insights. Define problems and challenges based on in-depth situation analysis. Lead strategic thinking for existing projects, pitches, and new campaigns. Define go to market messaging framework and value proposition. Develop full scale strategy for local/regional marketing communication campaigns.

Campaign management: Conceptualize and manage a complex, multi-channel campaign across the various phases of the funnel/consumer journey. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and digital marketing specialists, to ensure cohesive and integrated B2B marketing efforts. Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of B2B marketing initiatives. Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of B2B strategies and campaigns. Be on the pulse of the latest B2B, media and marketing trends Think beyond traditional solution for brands.

What You’ll Bring: Proven experience of 4-8 years as a Marketing Strategist with a successful track record of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, especially in the B2B sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights within the B2B context. Excellent PowerPoint skills to present insights/work to internal and external stakeholders (clients) Proven ability to identify, and clearly articulate complex marketing, customer, and business challenges and solutions. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively convey strategic plans and collaborate with diverse teams in the B2B space. In-depth knowledge of various B2B marketing channels, including social media, email, paid advertising, organic growth, and LinkedIn marketing. Familiarity with the latest B2B marketing trends and technologies. Will need to be able to work in the office in Gurgaon (Hybrid work)
