Job Description :1. Have minimum 10 years SAP ReFX functional experience2. Should have at least 5 ETE implementation experience3. Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA (2 full implementation preferred)4. Strong Experience in the field of SAP as REFX5. Strong knowledge on Integration of SAP Real Estate Flexible Management (REFX) with Sales force for automatic creation of Contracts, Renewal, Termination and Inbound and Outbound Interfaces.6. Implemented requirements of IFRS 16 (FAS 13) Straight lining of Long term leases and Revenue recognition.7. Implemented Accruals and Deferrals of lease-outs according to the basic principles of FAS13 and US-GAAP8. Scenarios in REFX Module Master data, Customized Developments, Transaction data (ref:hirist.tech)
