About the Role :
Measurement and research manager within Linear entertainment works within Measurement, analytics and projects team to manage all primary research and measurement projects including brand lift studies and others to determine impact on KPIs defined by the advertiser. He / She will be responsible for execution of the measurement / research projects for specific impact properties as well as specific themes identified by the strategy lead to strengthen the linear entertainment narrative in the minds of advertiser marketing leadership.

Disney Star as India's No.1 broadcaster and entertainment network with a massive leadership advantage over competition has witnessed significant growth over the last few years in terms of viewership and audience engagement. The leadership edge is consistent across Hindi and regional language genres and our shows occupy most of the top 10 positions across markets. This position is expected to be part of the Entertainment Network Sales Strategy team which is pushing for a stronger linear entertainment narrative and enable frontline sales to extract greater share of ad spends.
Key Responsibilities:
End- to-end management of measurement & primary research & measurement projects that demonstrate better & improved ROI for clients and lifts the relevance of linear entertainment advertising and content solutions.
Analyze data from secondary & syndicated data resources along with that of commissioned projects to derive holistic insights for specific category and client segments.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and develop the optimal research / measurement plan that addresses the brief of a strong linear entertainment narrative.
Own and execute brand impact measurement studies including study design, fieldwork, data analysis and presentation of findings. < /p>
Identify research and measurement agency partners that can deliver new & differentiated insights for a compelling linear entertainment ad sales narrative
Performance Measures:
Effective management of specific client & impact property researches in terms of quality of insights and adhering to timelines
Actionable insights provided to the ad sales team.
Usage of innovative research tools and methodologies
Positive feedback from internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
4-6 years of market research or data analytics experience
Experience in primary research and measurement projects.
Proficient in connecting data from multiple sources and deriving insights
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and basic data analytical tools
Master's degree in Management / Marketing / Statistics
