limitlesstrip is looking for dynamic and talented Sales Managers to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategies to expand our customer base.
Responsibilities - Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between sales team and other departments
- Analyze sales data and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance
- Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings to keep the team updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
Requirements - Proven track record in sales management or relevant roles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of the travel industry and/or digital marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
