Job description

Employee database management- Continuous upkeep and monitor internal HR systems and databases

Employee personal files maintenance

Consultant / Retainers Life cycle and payment processing

Payroll Processing- Prepare and submit the payroll inputs

Leave and Attendance management

Implement new HR policies and maintains company HR systems

Creating a Monthly dashboard

HR Analytics and Reporting, responsible for HR metrics - Headcount report, attrition report, exit analysis, Organization structure

Managing HR Audit

Statutory compliance PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, Contract Labour, POSH, etc.

HRIS Management and UAT & implementation

Letter generation Appointment, termination, contract

Address employees queries on operational matters

Effectively coordinate, ensure a quick resolution, and provide all necessary support towards Employee administration
