Job description
To meet the continous increase of global regulatory and tax transparency requriements around customer due diligence, Citco has established a new Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team to co-ordinate and streamline the client onboarding process. The CLM team are responsible for managing the AML/KYC data and document collection and ongoing maintenace of client data during their lifecycle.
In order to support the CLM team , Citco is looking to recruit a business support analyst with experience identifying and documenting business requirements. The preferred candidate has experience working with and supporting large business applications. The successful candidate will be working with business and technology team s to d o c ument their requirements and apply the relevant configuration changes to the CLM application.
Job Duties in Brief:
- You will be responsible for working with the business stakeholders to solicit their requirements and ensure these business requirements are captured and documented in a detailed manner.
- You will be responsible for designing and applying ap plication configuration changes to align with those business requirements.
- You will co-ordinate and manage the testing and implementation of application configuration changes and ensure the successfully production deployment of each.
- You will be provide application support to the business and ensure all production issues / defects are fully investigated and addressed in a timely fashion.
- You will responsible for working with the business stakeholders to identify their reporting requirements and ensure these requirements are translated into technical requirement specifications that can be shared with the report developers.
- You take a proactive approach to solving issues, display initiative and good examples by contributing ideas for increased efficiencies and/or automation of the various business support procedures.
About You:
- You have a degree qualified in an IT/Business related discipline with a keen interest in financial services / data analytics.
- You have experience working with and supporting production applications.
- You have 1-3 years experience working in an IT/Business industry.
- You possess keen troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills.
- You can work on multip l e projects/tasks and prioritise based on the needs of the business.
- Proven ability to build good working relationships with internal business and technology teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work with global teams and adapt to different communication styles.
- Knowledge of Fenergo applications or general AML / KYC experience is desirable.
- G eneral knowledge of databases or experience using SQL Server (T-SQL) and/or Postgres SQL is also desirable.
