Job description
The Project Manager will be managing overall project performance including all project management execution, project financials, status reporting and updates as
well as coordination between teams within the project.
Required Skills
• Knowledge on SAP APO, Supply Demand Planning.
• Knowledge on O9 Application is preferable.
• Chinese-speaker is plus-point.
Experience
• Minimum 3 cycles of IT Projects and managing cross countries / region stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
• Manage multiple projects tracked by IT Platforms (Supporting Function, Design-to-Delivery).
• Manage and follow-up project demand from beginning to end including budget estimation, team availability, etc.
• Present, enforce and follow-up project management through hybrid waterfall or agile methodology.
• Responsible in change management plan designing and execution (including Pre-UAT briefings & trainings).
• Ensure the appropriate use of tools across all IT Teams, for project and support activities.
• Responsible on project budget; estimations and actuals
• Act as escalation point for any project related issues/ blockers, managing risk and mitigation plan.
• Produce and communicate project status reports to key stakeholders.
Key Deliverables
• Project tasks follow up & status updates in the required Project Management tools.
• Clear documentation of project methodology & tools.
• On time and on budget project delivery with strong collaboration mindset.
• Lead and facilitate steerco meetings to drive resolution of critical barriers, addressing risk and managing.
• stakeholders' expectations.
• Monthly Project Status Report & User Adoption Report (Post Go-live).
