As an IT Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. You will handle IT-related queries and troubleshoot issues, ensuring that problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. In addition, you will assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills. You should be able to work well under pressure, have good problem-solving abilities, and be able to communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems

Requirements
