Job description
- Responsible for management of claims allied processes dealing with pre and post claims evaluation activities & m anaging outsourced associates
- Claims Adjudication
- Coordination with other departments viz Finance, Legal, CS & POS etc
External and internal customer management - Identifying customer preferences and working towards meeting/ exceeding customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pre and Post Claims evaluation team management
- Ensure pre and post claim evaluation activities completed as per SLA
- Ensure effective coordination with Finance, mailroom and other departments and GOs etc
- Ensure compliance of KYC and AML guidelines,
- Manage Vendor Bills payment
- Maintenance of relevant Trackers and publication of MIS/dashboard for assigned activities
- Claim Adjudication
- Manage Return mail process.
- Understand the regulatory requirements regarding claims processing and ensure compliance
Measure of Success:
- Accuracy, Quality, Productivity and Timeliness of assigned activities
- Claims Audit Ratings.
- Adherence to process, Regulatory & Compliance benchmarks
- Customer complaints & Query handling
- Reviews with Supervisor and Feedback from Zone / Channel / Client/ Customer, Agent feedback
- Process improvement projects
