Job description
Duties & Responsibilities -
Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. Liaising with OEM regarding machine production performance. Diagnosing problems in the production and communicate with OEM. Establishing safety procedures and protocols. Documenting, and reporting production reports to authorities. Scheduling meetings with relevant departments & stakeholders. Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvements. Obtaining any materials and equipment required. Plan, manage and oversee production. Develop and draught an improved production process. Maximize productivity of machinery and workers. Assess and analyses current production method. Follow product specification and quality control measures. Train, supervise, and manage production line workers. Ensure all steps of production run efficiently. Develop and implement quality control measures. Follow all safety rules and regulations. IT competent with basic knowledge.Job tags
