Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our dynamic team at Dhinwa Construction and Engineering. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving growth, and ensuring the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives while promoting revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization. Executive Management: Lead and oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including finance, operations, business development, human resources, and technology. Financial Management: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. Client Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and expand its market presence. Team Building and Development: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, providing leadership and guidance to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce. Innovation and Technology: Drive innovation and technology adoption within the organization to enhance efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness in the industry. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to the company's operations, assets, and reputation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and ethical conduct. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a leadership role within the construction, engineering, or related industry. Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution, with preference for candidates holding degrees from the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT), Indian Institutes of Management (IIM), or equivalent. Strong track record of driving business growth, achieving financial targets, and leading organizational change. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results. Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
