Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Production Supervisor at Nidec India's Neemrana location, with some remote work acceptable. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring production schedules are met, and managing production planning. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of production processes.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Production Management
- Experience in production scheduling and production planning
- Effective communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Mechanical
