Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining the existing bench and helping them in solving their queries.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT staffing and/or client relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in project management and coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field

Relevant qualifications and certifications in IT staffing and/or project management would be beneficial.
