The Junior Acquisition Manager will acquire new customers and promote the bank's Current Account and Savings Account products.
Your primary goal will be to build a strong customer base, drive business growth, and contribute to the overall success of the CASA department.

Experience: 0 to 1 Years in Sales and Marketing in any domain
Pay Roll: On Roll – Permanent
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and businesses for CASA products.
- Implement effective strategies to acquire new customers and achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide personalized assistance and guidance to customers to meet their banking needs.
- Stay updated on the features and benefits of the Bank's CASA products.
- Effectively communicate product information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Meet monthly targets for CASA product sales.
- Work towards achieving individual and team targets for CASA product sales.
Key Skills Required:
- Good Communication Skills
- Knowledge of banking products, especially CASA, is an advantage.
- Strong Negotiation Skills
