Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Pune. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communicating with prospective and existing customers, providing excellent customer service, making sales, providing product training, and managing the sales process.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management skills
• Experience in providing product training
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
