Roles and Responsibilities:-
Process Analysis and Improvement:
Analyzing operational processes.
Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather and organize key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Utilize statistical tools to analyze data trends.
Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
Support the implementation of improvement initiatives.
Participate in Kaizen events and workshops.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Documentation and Standardization:
Document updated processes and procedures.
Establish standardized operating procedures.
Maintain a repository of process documentation.
Project Management:
Assist in planning and executing operational excellence projects.
Monitor project timelines and milestones.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
